Return Policy

By placing an order with Control Corrective Skincare Systems®, you agree to the following policies and terms. 

All prices are subject to change without notice. Control Corrective products are not to be sold on any 3rd party website or for less than MSRP without prior approval from Control Corrective Skincare Systems®.

All product discrepancies including damage and defective items must follow the instructions below to ensure prompt and accurate review and processing of a claim.

Please notify your Account Executive and/or a Customer Service Representative within five (5) business days of receiving damaged or incorrect products. A Control Corrective customer service representative must approve all returns in advance. Upon approval, you will receive a digital shipping label and a summary of the RMA transaction for your records. Please make sure the product being returned is sealed and in its original packaging. A refund or replacement product will be issued once we have received the returned product.

Please provide your Account Executive or a Control Corrective customer service representative with the following information in order to receive your digital shipping label and RMA summary:

  • Order number  
  • Product name(s) and UPC number(s)
  • Quantity being returned
  • Reason for return

We understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t agree with your skin and gladly accept returns within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. At this time, we only offer refunds totaling the retail value of the product(s) purchased minus a 15% restocking fee – shipping charges are not included. All returns must be approved by a Control Corrective customer service representative in advance. Upon approval, you will receive an email with a RMA number and a refund receipt for your records.

Please provide your Account Executive or a Control Corrective customer service representative with the following information in order to receive RMA form:

  • Order number  
  • Product name(s) and UPC number(s)
  • Quantity being returned
  • Reason for return
