Brand Protection & Strict Internet Sales Policy
In order to protect your business, your clients, and the brand, Control Corrective Skincare Systems® has implemented a strict no discount / no diversion / no website sales policy. Control Corrective actively traces those who attempt to divert and discount the products by proactively monitoring the internet using a, 24 hour a day, cyber investigative service.
By placing your order with Control Corrective Skincare Systems®, you agree to the terms and policies set forth in this agreement. You agree to protect the brand and will not sell Control Corrective products on your own website or to any third-party website.
Control Corrective Skincare Systems® offers a revenue sharing program for those who qualify. Qualifying accounts will receive a website image with a link to your individual store front on the Control Corrective website. (Ask your Account Executive or Customer Service Specialist for details).
SALES TERMS AND POLICIES
Photographic images and content are available for your use. We require that you adhere to the Control Corrective Skincare Systems® branding guidelines found on the Professional Portal.
Control Corrective Skincare Systems® offers branded promotional materials, samples, and sales collateral based on your purchase amount. For every order over $500 you will receive a 5% marketing allowance to purchase samples and collateral. Additional promotional and collateral materials are available for purchase.
YOUR SALES OF THE PRODUCTS
You agree to sell Control Corrective Skincare Systems® product solely and directly to your end user clients and customers.
You agree not to sell the products on the Internet in any unauthorized manner; to sell to anyone a quantity of the products greater than that generally purchased by an individual for personal use, or to sell to anyone who you believe intends to re-sell the products to other parties.
We discourage the sale of Control Corrective Skincare Systems® product at anything other than their suggested retail prices.
Your orders can be placed by:

- Email to email@example.com. Orders received by 4 pm PST will ship within 24-48 hours

- Via the Professional Website
Backordered merchandise will automatically cancel off your invoice. You will need to reorder the product when it is back in stock. Your Account Executive or Customer Service Specialist will contact you when the products are available to ship.
PRODUCT CLAIMS POLICY AND PROCEDURES
All product discrepancies including damage and defective items must follow instructions below to ensure prompt and accurate review and/or processing of claim.
If there is damage, defect, and/or error of product shipped at time of delivery, within five (5) business days of receiving merchandise, notify your Account Executive and/or Customer Service Representative.
Please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any Control Corrective product. Please provide the following information in order to receive your respective RMA:
- Product name and UPC #
- Quantity being returned
- Lot number/Expiration Date
- Reason for return
After receiving an RMA number, you are responsible for shipping the products back to Control Corrective Skincare Systems® at your expense. Please ensure that each package clearly references the respective RMA number on the outside of each return package. Your return may be delayed if no RMA number is written. Control Corrective is not responsible for return shipments that are damaged or lost during transit.
Claims filed for damage, defective, or error of product after five (5) business days of receipt of merchandise will not be processed through our claims processes and you must contact your Account Executive to discuss alternative options.
If you receive merchandise due to a company error, notify your Account Executive and/or Customer Service Representative for instructions to rectify the error which may include credit to your account and/or return and shipment of correct merchandise. Merchandise returned must be received by Control Corrective Skincare Systems® in saleable condition for consideration of credit.
All damage, defect, and/or error of product claims must have a corresponding Purchase Order number and Item numbers provided during initial claim.
Damage visible upon receipt of carrier must be notated on proof of delivery.
Damaged product must be photographed and submitted with claim.
Additional instructions will be provided by your Account Executive and/or Customer Service Representative once claim is initiated.
Control Corrective Skincare Systems® is sold exclusively through authorized partners throughout the world. In order to protect our customers, Control Corrective has a no tolerance policy for diversion of our products to assure that only authentic products are sold and purchased. We are committed to protecting our brand, our accounts and our customers, and work with a dedicated anti-diversion team to combat unauthorized sales of our products 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Control Corrective products are only authorized to be sold online at controlcorrective.com. Unauthorized retailers of our products include Walmart.com, Amazon.com, eBay, Skinstore.com and other 3rd party online sellers.
