WHEN WAS CONTROL CORRECTIVE FOUNDED?
Control Corrective Skincare Systems was started in 1997 and has been dedicated to professional esthetics since that time.
IS THERE A MINIMUM OPENING ORDER OR REORDER AMOUNT?
We require our products to be purchased in increments of 3.
HOW DO I ATTEND A TRAINING CLASS?
Please contact us at 866.290.4290. We are available Monday – Friday 8 am to 4 pm PST.
CAN I PURCHASE SAMPLES?
Professionals can buy samples for $1.00 each in multiples of 12. You will receive 5% in samples at no charge of any retail items purchased.
HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
We use UPS, our most reliable, and cost effective method to ship your products.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
For Professional orders, we charge a flat rate of $9.99 for shipping via UPS Ground for orders totalling up to $499. For orders $500+ we offer complimentary shipping. We ship UPS ground. Additional shipping charges may apply if shipping outside United States.
Consumer orders receive free shipping for any order over $49, otherwise we charge based on weight.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX, PayPal and e-check. All orders are paid in full at time of shipping. Please call 866-290-4290 or fax in your filled out order form to 949-951-1926.
WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED AND I NEED TO RETURN IT?
Please call UPS right away and report the product is damaged.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Control Corrective only accepts returns if we are notified within 5 business days, and only for reason of damage, defect or shipment of incorrect product.
Please notify your Account Executive or Customer Service within 5 business days of receipt of the damaged, defective or “in error” product and, if in compliance with our policy, a Return Authorization will be issued. For damage claims, please note on Proof of Delivery and send photograph of damage.
Returns of our products will not be allowed for products sold on unauthorized websites (such as eBay or Walmart).

HOW DOES CONTROL CORRECTIVE ENSURE THE QUALITY OF ITS PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION?
1. Multiple times throughout the year, authorized Control Corrective licensed beauty professionals are provided with educational and training materials relating to Control Corrective products. Using these materials, authorized Control Corrective licensed beauty professionals are able to provide customers with unique information about the purpose, features, and benefits of each Control Corrective product.
2. Authorized Control Corrective licensed beauty professionals are also available to answer questions, provide advice, and respond to any and all customer concerns. This includes responding to any questions or concerns relating to product information, explaining best practices for safe and optimal use of Control Corrective products, and answering other inquiries.
3. To ensure that customers always receive Control Corrective products of top quality when they are purchased through authorized channels, authorized Control Corrective licensed beauty professionals are required to maintain proper handling and storage of Control Corrective products. Authorized Control Corrective licensed beauty professionals are also prohibited from altering, damaging, or defacing Control Corrective products in any manner.
4. Additionally, wholesale customers of Control Corrective are only authorized to promote or sell Control Corrective products to their clientele. Wholesale customers are not permitted to sell Control Corrective products on the Internet, in any manner, to sell Control Corrective products in a quantity greater than that generally purchased for personal use, or to sell Control Corrective products to any party who will resell the Control Corrective products. Wholesale customers that fail to adhere to these policies may be terminated.

DOES CONTROL CORRECTIVE TEST ON ANIMALS?
No, we do not test any of our ingredients on our furry friends. We are certified through the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics (CCIC) and the Leaping Bunny Program.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Sorry, we do not ship to PO boxes.
